Please review pictures for a better idea on condition. In pretty rough shape, could possibly be restored? Lower front metal latch working-upper latch hardware attached, but missing the flap. Rear hardware entire there, but one is missing 2 tiny screws. Red interior. Slightly over 6 inches tall. Each side of cube measures 8 1/2 inches. Has 3130 printed on bottom.
