This is a mystery! This set comes as pictured since we couldn't figure it out. There are no model numbers listed.

When I do an image search I acquire a wide range of items for a fishing boat, weight training equipment, kites, and more. lol, we just want this to get its second life with someone who knows what it is. Thanks for checking it out. This was sourced from a storage unit and they did have pro kite flying stuff, so that might be where I'm leaning. :-P
