Vintage Metal Clown Coin Bank Mid Century Towle and Bantam U.S. Toys. This heavy toy bank originally was meant to have a small red felt hat on his head, and a red scarf about its neck.There is a cover for the opening on the bottom, no key needed. Use a screwdriver to twist it off. The opening was bent slightly but could be pounded back to shape. The finish has come off in a couple places and it could benefit from a new chroming or paint job.Great project or display it as-is!
