Purchased last in 2023 December , date on the back serial number in pictures will need to call the company so that you can remove my email and start own account.Brand new we paid $550ish and bought the extra step which is a must have in my opinion, the drop is a long way and it catches a ton of litter if they try and hop A few scratches on the bottom and top cover just from moving around so much but the entire thing works flawlessly as long as you keep it clean.Biggest problems with automated boxes is not being cleaned/vacuumed around the gears. It will get stuck, stop, and then correct itself.Will need a deep clean. We have since removed litter and hosed out the globe. But will need more cleaning. superb for everyday use. superior materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
