The size is marked as 38, which I believe corresponds to approximately a Japanese size 24cm.

I purchased them several years ago, used them once for a photoshoot, and have stored them since.

There is yellowing on the shoelaces (see second photo).
There is a scuff mark on the inside of the left heel (see third photo).
Otherwise, there is no significant dirt, and I think they are usable without issue.
